HighAltitude CrossFit brings a unique fitness experience to the valley. CrossFit, now an international revolution is a fitness and conditioning system used by many elite athletes, military, police and fire departments all over the world. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
CrossFit has tested its methods on the sedentary, overweight, pathological, and elderly and found that these special populations meet the same success as our stable of athletes.
